Looking for a different aspect of junior golf to explore? Come and enjoy a fun and interactive day at the Golf Academy learning about the mental side of junior golf. Beth Yeoman will be running junior and parent workshops throughout the day.
What percentage of the golf game do you think is mental? Now think, what percentage of practice time do you spend training your mental game?
Ahead of the launch of our series of Junior Golf Psychology Workshops, we are running two taster sessions for junior golfers, each followed by an 'Introduction to Golf Psychology for Parents'.
These fun, interactive taster sessions are open to all abilities and will provide juniors with some top tips to take away with them. Juniors will get the opportunity to explore the mental side of golf and think about how they can use psychology to reach their goals.
Following an hours workshop for the juniors, it is the adults' turn to get involved while the juniors hit some balls and take on some golf challenges with a member of our Academy team. During the 'Introduction to Golf Psycology for Parents' session, adults will be receive an insight into the mental side of golf for young people and the benefits of enrolling in Beth's workshops; including how they can improve a child's wellbeing and enjoyment of golf.
Ages 11-13 Years
Ages 14-18 Years
Taster sessions cost £5 per junior which included the junior session and up to 2 adults* at the parent session.
* With each junior's booking we will reserve 1 adult place; if you wish to book for a second adult please contact email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
