It's fair to say that our Greenkeeping Team have done a fabulous job in getting both courses in great condition for all the members returning to Goodwood post lockdown. The team are up every day at a time most of us would only consider when jetting off to a sunny destination and work incredibly hard in some extreme conditions all to allow us to enjoy our favourite hobby!

Now the team will get their own back on us all and set the course up in whatever weird, wonderful and frankly cruel ways they see fit.  Harshly placed obstacles, ridiculous pin positions and a little cross country is not only permitted but encouraged.

 

Be warned, if you have not raked a bunker, repaired a pitch mark or not called 'fore' you can expect some bad karma.

 

For the purpose of one’s sanity, the chosen format is Texas Scramble. The format is suitable for anyone with a great sense of humor.

 

Rolling start from 8:00am

Teams of 3

* A minimum of 4 tee shots per player must be used, the remaining drives can be used any other players.*

 

Tees

Men: Orange

Ladies: Green

 

Handicap Allowance 

30%/25%/15% From lowest to highest. As this is stableford, team handicaps will be rounded to the nearest number. 

 

Cost

Credit Members: Segment Time + 1 credit

Braid Members: 1 credit or £5.00
