Our week of celebration will culminate in a fantastic gala dinner at the Kennels on Friday night where pairs are drawn for the following days betterball competition.

Friday 15^th August

Join us for a 3 course meal. Arrival for 7pm, dinner at 7.30pm.

£45 per person to include a 3 course meal, ½ a bottle of wine and coffee

During the first course the draw for the following days betterball will be made including tee times and partners. After which the start sheet will be issued to all tables.

The Golf At Goodwood team will then pass by the tables to see who would like to bid on either themselves or another pairing that may take their fancy.

During dessert the final bids for each pairing will be read outloud and any final bids can be made before the evening draws to a close.

Anyone wishing to play in the Saturday competition will be automatically put on the Friday evening guest list as it is a requirement of the competition to attend the dinner.

No minimum bid, Cash Only

Players allowed to own more than one pair

Dress Code: Formal Attire (Men - dinner jacket/blazer, no tie required; Ladies - trousers can be worn but no jeans)

 

 

Saturday 16^th August

The draw for playing partners and tee times will be made during the evening meal the day before.

Please note anyone wishing to play in the competition will be required to attend the meal on Friday 15^th August.

Format – Fourball Betterball

Ladies – Red Tees

Men – Yellow Tees

Cost = 7 Credits per person, Braid = no credits

Owner Winnings:

The owner of the 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd placed pair will receive the following percentage of the overall bet pot:

 

1^st                           40%

2^nd                          25%

3^rd                           15%

 

Club will put 20% towards competition prizes.
